The pub is located in the Foster Building, which was built in 1907. The building was originally a warehouse for Foster’s Furniture, a family-owned business that served Boise for decades. The Foster Building underwent a transformation in the 1970s, transitioning from a furniture warehouse to a retail space. Today, it houses a variety of businesses, including Double Tap Pub.
